Financial Spreadsheets
The following spreadhseets were created with Excel 97. They are meant to be simple spreadsheets that can be used as is or easily be customized for your specific needs. If you do not have the Microsoft Office Suite to open these sheets, why not try out the free Open Office suite www.openoffice.org.
Preview the spreadsheet by clicking the image. Open the spreadsheet by clicking the file name. Save the file to your computer by right-clicking the file name and select "Save Target As...".
One Year Projected Cashflow
One Year Projected Cashflow. This cashflow spreadsheet calculates monthly cash in and cash out totals for 12 months. It also provides a running total balance. This is an excellent tool for planning your business cashflow.
Personal Monthly Budget
Personal Monthly Budget. This is a simple spreadsheet to get you started on your personal budget. Enter all the normal monthly household income in the income section, then enter all your normal monthly expenses. The sheet will calculate you disposible income (or lack of) by subtracting your total expenses from your total income.
Trial Balance
Trial Balance. This spreadsheet allows you to enter debits and credits from your general ledger account to generate a trial balance. If the debits and credits do not balance the difference will be shown to help find the error.
