Proceeds supporting our local Kootenay South Metis Society

Community Futures South Kootenay is honored to once again partner with the incredibly talented local Indigenous artist Stephanie Gill of Burntstick Graphic Design, for this year’s Orange T-Shirt initiative. In the photo, Stephanie (on the left), Myrt Servatius (President of the Kootenay South Métis Society), and Erik Kalacis (Executive Director of CFSK) proudly display the images Stephanie created over the past three years.

Through a collaborative effort, we donated $1,957.34 to our local Kootenay South Métis Society, and supported a local screen-printing business with production work.

A heartfelt thank you to Stephanie Gill for donating her exceptional talent, to Ben Gotts and the team at VH Sport for their great service, and the dedicated staff at CFSK for their partnership in this very important cause in creating awareness about the “Every Child Matters” message and supporting several Indigenous organizations with proceeds raised.
