Located at 835 Spokane Street in Trail BC, the South Kootenay Business Centre (SKBC) is a nonprofit and business development centre managed by Community Futures South Kootenay. The goal of the SKBC is to reduce risks and eliminate costs for nonprofits and business startups.
We offer modern, fully furnished office spaces starting at just $335/month. All tenants have use of our fully equipped 465 square foot boardroom, presentation equipment, spacious lunchroom with kitchenette, and multi-function printer/scanner/copier.
Your new office comes with a desk, 3 office chairs, a file cabinet, and fibre internet. There are no long-term leases, leasehold improvements, business signage, business machines, or office furniture purchases to worry about. Moving into the SKBC can literally be as easy as setting your laptop and cell phone on your desk and going to work. Spend your time and money doing business rather than setting it up.
When help is needed we offer business advice, mentorship, training, business loans, and many other resources. As a not-for-profit corporation with over 26 years of local business mentorship experience the goal of Community Futures is to help you succeed.
